Who offers the lessons
These terms cover the online Spanish lessons offered on spanishtinto.com by Santiago Garnica Montañez, trading as “Spanish Tinto”, a natural person in Colombia (Calle 1a #7a-69, Chía, Cundinamarca, Colombia, santiago@spanishtinto.com).
Lessons and prices
Lessons are 1:1 by video call and last 50 minutes. Prices:
- 1 lesson: 40 USD / 37 EUR
- 5 lessons: 170 USD / 155 EUR
- 10 lessons: 325 USD / 300 EUR
- 20 lessons: 600 USD / 550 EUR
Half lesson
New students start with one 25-minute half lesson for 15 USD / 13 EUR. You book it on Cal.com and pay it there via PayPal when you book. Single lessons are booked and paid the same way.
Payment
The half lesson and single lessons are paid via PayPal on Cal.com when you book. Lesson packs are paid on this website via PayPal payment links (card or PayPal account), in USD or EUR as shown on the pricing section. PayPal handles your card or account details; I never see them.
Packs
Each paid lesson uses 1 credit. Unused lessons expire 6 months after purchase.
Rescheduling, cancelling and missed lessons
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson. Later changes may use a credit. If you don’t show up, the lesson uses 1 credit (or the half lesson, if that was the booking).
Refunds
There is no refund on the first paid class or on a pack once it has started.
Spanish Tinto course
The Spanish Tinto A1 course is currently a pilot. Joining the waitlist is free and not a purchase; price and conditions will be announced before any sign-up.
