Business Spanish Lessons Online: Corporate Spanish for Meetings, Emails and Negotiations

Business Spanish lessons online at Spanish Tinto are 1:1, 50-minute sessions built around your real work: meetings, emails, negotiations and job interviews, in Colombian / Latin American Spanish. A lesson costs $40 (€37); you start with a 25-minute half lesson for $15 (€13).
I am Santiago Garnica, a Colombian lawyer and Spanish tutor. Legal training shapes how I teach professionals: name the goal, define the terms, structure the argument, cut the noise. Explanations come in English (C1) or German (B2) only when a rule needs it.
Start with a 25-minute half lesson: you pick your time on Cal.com and pay securely with PayPal when you book.

- Professionals with colleagues, clients or suppliers in Latin America
- Managers and team members who run or join calls in Spanish
- English or German speakers who want explanations in their own language when grammar blocks them
- Job seekers preparing an interview or LinkedIn profile in Spanish
Less of a fit: exam cramming without a speaking goal, unstructured chat, or promises of “fluent in 30 days”.
What a business Spanish lesson covers
Meetings and calls
- Opening and closing a call naturally
- Agenda language, parking a topic, time checks
- Clarifying and repairing: “¿Te refieres a…?”, “Si te entendí bien…”
- Summaries and next steps with owners and dates
Emails
- Clear requests with an ask and a deadline
- Follow-ups that don’t sound pushy
- A soft no or a postponement
Ready-made phrases: Spanish email and meeting phrases for work.
Negotiations
- Polite disagreement: “Entiendo, y me preocupa que…”
- Asking for room: “¿Qué margen tenemos en…?”
- Counter-proposals, scope limits and closing with a clear agreement
Job interviews and LinkedIn
- Presenting your experience in a short, clear story
- Typical interview questions and follow-up questions
- A LinkedIn headline and summary that sound natural in Spanish
More: Spanish for job interviews and LinkedIn.
How it works
- Half lesson (25 min): you bring one real work situation; I check your level and we set one goal.
- Weekly 50-minute lessons: we practise your scenario (a call, an email, a negotiation), correct selectively and set a weekly focus.
- Between lessons: one small speaking target and one text to rewrite.

A practical first month
Week 1 — Open and close. Call openings, greetings, closing with next steps. Rewrite one real email.
Week 2 — Clarify and repair. Interruptions, “si te entendí bien”, numbers and dates.
Week 3 — Soft no and negotiation tone. Postponements, scope limits, polite pushback for your industry.
Week 4 — Your recurring meeting. A full role play of the call or update you really have.
